Just keep swimming

Heh.. we filled up the baby pool this afternoon for Josiah. I wasn't planning on putting him in for a while, but Jason went straight to it and put Josiah's feet in. It was ice cold. He's crazy. He was trying to have Josiah just walk across the pool, but Josiah kept wanting to sit down in it. So I got his clothes off, and down he went. He wasn't too interested in staying that way for long! So we got him out and let him crawl naked in the grass for a while. He kept trying to eat the water hose and put it in the pool. Eventually he got it in there.

After the water warmed up, I took him back out for a while and Dakota played in a sprinkler he got for his birthday last year - which has become warped and doesn't work well. Dakota played with Josiah in the pool for a while, but Josiah spent most of the time climbing in and out and going after the water hose.

This was hilarious. Dakota was doing different things with water in the bucket and making me guess it.. I hate guessing.. anyway, the answer to this charade was "a lady about to have a baby." It's not so funny, unless you were there watching him do it.. with the water cascading down his body.. I had actually been thinking that was what the answer was but had no idea he'd be thinking that way.. I just started laughing when he told me what it was, because with the image of the water running down, it was way too accurate.
