I got the joy of calling Poison Control today. Prince J opened his vitamins and helped himself - he had at least one, and King J is convinced he had quite a few. Called Poison Control, they told us since there isn't any iron in our vitamins to just give him some milk and bread or crackers to help keep him from getting an upset stomach. King J gave him a banana, and a little bit later I found Prince J sitting on the counter (he climbed up with his chair from his Nemo table set) messing with some chapstick, and when I yelled for King J to come in there, he noticed that Prince J had gotten into the children's ibuprofen and spilled a bunch on the counter. I didn't smell any of the ibuprofen on his breath, so I don't think he took any of it, but SHEESH. He's already figured out "childproof" lids!
I'm so frustrated.
I caught him a little while ago in the bathroom, trying to brush his teeth with the finger brush and his toothpaste, fingerpainting in the sink with his brothers toothpaste, drank some mouthwash (fortunately it's children’s and doesn't have alcohol!), and was getting into a tube of vaseline when I caught him. He's going to be in the playpen for the rest of the night, I think. King J is going to the store right now to get doorknob covers.
If I have to, the only unsupervised (ie playpen free) time he'll have is in his room with the gate shut. he's NEVER been this bad about getting into stuff before.
Part 3 of the saga
I just don't know what I'm going to do with this boy.. I was coming out of the bathroom and King J's mom was in the living room with all 3 of the boys, and Prince J walks over and kicked Prince A in the side, while he was lying down watching Praise Baby!
